Wang Xiancheng, male, Associate Chief Physician, Associate Professor, and Director of the Department, received his Master of Medicine degree from the seven-year program at Xiangya School of Medicine in 1995 and graduated from Peking Union Medical College in 2006 with a Doctor of Medicine degree. He studied successively under Professor Qi Keming, former Chairman of the Chinese Plastic Surgery Association, and Professor Qiao Qun, a renowned plastic surgery expert and Director of the Department of Plastic Surgery at Peking Union Medical College Hospital. In 2000, he completed a one-year fellowship at the Plastic Surgery Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. In 2002, as a visiting scholar, he trained in the Department of Plastic Surgery at Prince of Wales Hospital, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, under Professor Andrew Burd, Director of Plastic Surgery. In 2005, he participated in the International Master Course in Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery held in Hong Kong. He has repeatedly attended international and domestic plastic and aesthetic surgery conferences and given plenary presentations.

 

Professor Wang adheres to a scientific, rigorous, and excellence-driven attitude in both scholarship and clinical work. He has long been dedicated to rhinoplasty using autologous materials such as septal cartilage, auricular cartilage, and costal cartilage, and has attained a high level of expertise in complex fields, especially comprehensive rhinoplasty, revision of failed rhinoplasty, facial plastic surgery, autologous fat facial filling, and autologous fat breast augmentation. He has successfully treated thousands of revision cases. During his exchange and study at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, USA, he integrated Dallas rhinoplasty concepts with Eastern aesthetics and pioneered a new approach in which the internal framework supporting the nasal appearance is entirely supported by cartilage. Based on facial feature proportions, face shape, and personal temperament, he provides comprehensive improvement through individualized design and customization, avoiding the uniformity of Korean-style plastic surgery, so as to achieve the most refined and meticulous surgical results.

 

Nose: Revision of failed rhinoplasty, "green" (fully autologous cartilage) rhinoplasty, correction of severe nasal deformities, total autologous costal cartilage rhinoplasty, and the Turkish Delight technique.
